We are running the "Paddock
Cafe" in the infield by the pits. To get there you use the tunnel under the
track that is to the west between Towers 1 and 2.
From the Manager's meeting I want to pass on to you - For alcohol sales, CARD everyone who appears to be under 30! – The ATF is really serious about enforcement, they are out looking to trap sellers and I want none of our people leaving in handcuffs (or me)! No legal customer shall be served more than two drinks per half hour. Coca-Cola is the new supplier. Cash control shall be much more rigorous and it is imperative I get all paperwork for any inventory and restocking. We will be doing a closing inventory every day! (darn it!) I will need lots of cooperation and assistance if we are to get the nice bonus again!
