Treasurer’s Report: Savings balance $2,179.08. Checking balance $1,391.51. 11 members paid their dues. Motion to accept report. Duly seconded and approved.

• Race – Chief Short thanked all volunteers. Received check from Americrown $3,559.89. Next race is in March: 23^rd, 24^th, 25^th . Will need to make our own reservations with Homestead lodging: 305 258-2330 or 224-7198.
• Scholarship – NTR
• Philanthropy – Chief Powell had information of possible project: Ships Project. Senior Chief Larson had more information from their website, http://www.theshipsproject.com. Discussion. Chief Powell will follow up with more information at our next meeting.
• Ship Liaison – Senior Chief Starr had email from USCG Station Fort Lauderdale thanking us for our assistance during the boat parade. The Sea Cadets were also there. They raised about $1,000 for their MWR. USS Kearsarge will not be here in January due to mechanical issues. Pizza Paty with the Hue City very successful. Reminder about USS Gridley DDG101 reception and commissioning. Our CPO reception will be February 7^th at the Gator Den and USCG Station Miami. Senior Chief Starr also explained the "Sacred Steel" from the USS Arizona that will be presented to the Gridley by the Sea Cadets.
