Meeting called to order 1930.  Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence.

Minutes from the Previous Meeting.  Motion to accept minutes as posted.    Duly seconded and approved.  Reminder - minutes of all meetings will be posted on our website. 

Treasurer’s Report:  Chief Lippincott reported checking balance $10,811.85 with 3 outstanding checks, savings $1,003.90, Money Market $10,053.07.  Motion to accept treasurer’s report.  Duly seconded and approved.  Master Chief LaCoursiere reported that we had approximately $400 left from Fleet Week reception expenses.

New Business

·       December Holiday Dinner –Elks Lodge in Sunrise (44th and Pine Island).  Dinner and dance.  Date TBD.  Need volunteers to coordinate:  Meloney Roy, Lorraine Cohen, and Norm Powell.

·       Reception for British ships at Wayward Sailor.  Motion duly seconded to host reception not to exceed $500.  Unanimously approved.

·       Motion for Chiefs’ Reception for USS Dunham at Wayward Sailor.  Motion duly seconded to host reception not to exceed $750.  Unanimously approved.
