Meeting called to order 1930. Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence.

Minutes from the Previous Meeting. Motion to accept minutes as posted. Duly seconded and approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Senior Chief Roy reported checking balance $12,287.26, savings $1,006.64, Money Market $10,102.83. Received $19,000 in donations. Outstanding checks total $4,368.22. Motion to accept treasurer’s report. Duly seconded and approved.

Committees:

Race – Master Chief LaCoursiere reported that all paperwork has been submitted.
Scholarship – Chief Cohen reported that two applications have been received.
Philanthropy – n/a
Ship Liaison – Senior Chief Starr reported final Fleet Week meetings.
Initiation – n/a

Old Business

· Reminder about Fleet Week activities.

· A committee was established to plan the celebration of the 25^th Anniversary of the CPOA: Chief Drago, Chief Viggiano, Senior Chief Roy, Mrs. Drago, Mrs. Roy.

New Business

· Suggestion to have one meeting on a drill weekend perhaps once per quarter. Will check with command.

Good of the Order

· Chief Drago's wife is in the hospital.
