Meeting called to order 1930.  Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence.

Minutes from the Previous Meeting:  Motion to accept minutes as posted.  Duly seconded and unanimously approved.  All items posted on website:  www.cpoamiami.com

Treasurer’s Report:  Senior Chief Roy reported money market $10,128.19, savings: $3,132.21, checking: $11,604.73.  Total assets at $25,865.13.  Motion to accept the treasurer’s report.  Duly seconded and unanimously approved.

New Business: 

·       Thanksgiving gift cards.  Motion to purchase eight $75 cards for USCG Station Fort Lauderdale, Aids to Navigation Team, Cutter Gannett, Air Station Opalocka, NOSC Active Duty, Marine, and SelRes, and SouthCom.  Duly seconded and unanimously approved. 

·       Motion to allow Treasurer to move funds to and from money market as required to cover operational commitments.  Duly seconded and unanimously approved. 

·       Cook trailer.  Because races are harder to man, motion to purchase fully equipped cook trailer with a/c $10,000.  Considerable discussion.  Duly seconded and approved.

·       Shift Colors now online.
