Meeting called to order by Senior Chief Ron Roy: 1705.

Minutes from the Previous Meeting. Motion to accept minutes as posted. Duly seconded and approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Senior Chief Roy reported two outstanding checks, $150 and $4,010.52. Outstanding deposit of $2,521.78 for food provided to the sub reimbursement. Checking $3,091.82, event $37,713.19, Savings $3,162.15, money market $10,302.66, totaling $54,269.82. Motion to accept report; duly seconded and passed.
Committees:
· Ship Liaison – Senior Chief Roy reported a frigate arriving but will probably go to Marlins game since they are only here for one day.
· Fleet Week. Next Fleet Week already scheduled with probably 4-5 ships. Will have After Action meeting June 18th. Discussed discouragement over numbers attending yacht rides. Since these will be sanctioned events next year, the attendance might be better.
· CPO365 – Senior Chief Zasloff reported Phase II meeting June 11th. Plan to have lunch and visit Camp Elmore.
· Awards – Chief Short reported correcting Chief Leonard’s plaque.
· Social Committee – Master Chief Robertson reported June 28th billiards instead of bowling, Billiards Club in Sunrise. July 11th Sea Legs fishing trip. Cruise will be October 30th – November 2nd, date selected by majority vote. 3 night, 4 day cruise with stop in Nassau and private island, leaving out of Miami. Discussed price difference for inside cabin as a comparison for Halloween ($249) versus Valentine’s Day ($349).
Old Business:
· July meeting on the 9th.
· NAS Museum conference room holds 25-30 people. Discussed possible tour and meeting there. Suggestions to focus on heritage and have during one of the CPO365 meetings in August. Moved to Senior Chief Zasloff’s calendar for Phase II.
New Business:
Good of the Order:
· Chief Powell discussed Fleet Week in New York.
· Master Chief Robertson took ashes of WWII vet to New York for reinternment. CPO community here made this possible.
· Chief Drago reported on Memorial Day ceremony in Sunrise.
