Meeting called to order by Chief Buck McTee: 1930.

Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence.

Chief McTee read greetings for Veterans Day. Copy will be sent via email. New members introduced.

Minutes from the Previous Meeting. Motion to accept minutes as posted. Duly seconded and approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Senior Chief Roy NA.

Late Entry-Post minutes: No check outstanding. Checking $10,456.77, Savings $3,165.46, money market $30,363.90, totaling $43,986.13

Committees:

Race – Chief Short reported November races will be 19^th – 22^nd. Requesting volunteers. No one under 18. Sign upon website. Friday is late night. Will meet at Publix parking lot each day at 0700.
Scholarship – NTR.
Philanthropy – Thanksgiving gift cards as previously approved. Motion to add Palm Beach NOSC to list. Duly seconded and unanimously approved.
Sea Service Veterans Assistance. NA

· Ship Liaison – NA

· Fleet Week. Committee will begin planning meetings this month. Chief McTee met with Mary Ann Gray of Broward Navy Days. They will try to highlight vets since 9-11.

· CPO365 – NTR

· Awards – NTR

· Social Committee – Master Chief Robertson reported cruise last week. April Key West trip being planned for the 23^rd. Holiday dinner December 4^th. Dues paying members are free. Choices are prime rib, stuffed chicken, or SeaBass Francaise. Need to sign up on website for dinner.

New Business:

Asked if any interest in Fantasy Fest next October.
Dues date change to August. Motion to change date duly seconded and unanimously approved.
First call for nominations for 2016 officers. The following were nominated and second call for nominations will be taken at December meeting.
- President: Buck McTee and Brad Burke
- Vice-president: Christian Echeverria
- Treasurer: Ron Roy
- Secretary: Gayle Malone and ATC Jorge Herrero

Good of the Order:

· Chief Short will research business cards for CPOA members.

· Chief Powell will send card and flowers to sister chief whose child has several medical issues.

· Motion to have gift cards for end-of-the-year holiday as well as Thanksgiving. Duly seconded and approved.

Motion to adjourn: 2011. Duly seconded and passed.
