Meeting called to order by Chief Buck McTee: 1948. Meeting preceded by Selectee dinner.

Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence.

Minutes from the Previous Meeting. Motion to accept minutes as posted. Duly seconded and approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Senior Chief Roy reported no checks outstanding. Checking $11,800.97, Savings $3,164.14, money market $30,337.31, totaling $45,302.42. Motion to accept report; duly seconded and passed. Net from Reception $19,814.15.

Committees:

Race – Chief Short reported November races will be 19^th – 22^nd. Requesting volunteers. No one under 18. Will try to do 2 schedules each day. Sign upon website. TIPS training good for 3 years. Reserve drill shouldn’t conflict with race dates. Friday is late night.
Scholarship – Chief Powell read 2 thank-you notes from Megan Hall, and Amanda Leonard.
Philanthropy – Chief Powell reported on going research for needs. Chief Tedlow mentioned having wheelchair and electric bed for anyone needing it.
Sea Service Veterans Assistance. Chief Drago asked for contacts to assist Marine with PTSD needing help getting into Rehab.

· Ship Liaison – NA

· Fleet Week. NTR

· CPO365 – Chief Feliz reported 5K run in Homestead. Beach Run Saturday. Monday kicks off Camp Elmore. Need support. Khaki Ball planned September 19^th at 1800.

· Awards – NTR

· Social Committee – Master Chief Robertson reported Bowling August 23^rd at 1400 had good turnout. October 18^th is next bowling. October is cruise and 13 have signed up so far. Reminder to only go through David Hegstrom.

Reservist out of work. Motion to give $500 Publix gift card. Duly seconded and approved.
