CPOA meeting was called to order at 1931 Paused by cake cutting for the Chief’s birthday.
 
Minutes from the Previous month was accepted.

 

Treasurer’s Report:

Checks outstanding: None

Checking $ 2,554.97

MM $5,427.54

CD $17,864.99

Total $25,847.50

Motion to accept the treasurer’s report. Duly seconded and approved.

Committees: 

 

·        Awards – Chief Short – NTR

 

 

·        Scholarship – Chief Tedlow – NTR

o   Deadline June 30

·        Season – Drew

 

o   CPOA will take over one event during season

o   Ron suggests we take “Heritage”

o   Chuck: Sparz bowling alley is closed. Gary will check on availability at a new location close to NRC.

o   Chuck: For those wanting to see the traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall in Davie, a suggestion to meet on 26 April at 1300 (Sunday) at Tijuana Taxi on 4400 S. University Dr. Davie, Fl 33328

o   Chuck continued discussion on going down to Key West as a group. Dates continue to be April 17-19. Chuck has made reservations and there are plenty of rooms available.
